    The Problem:
    Inbound enquiries were coming in from all angles—website, WhatsApp, telephone, and email. Without a centralised system, it was chaos. Messages were missed, and by the time the team manually replied, prospects had already gone to competitors. The sheer admin of chasing leads and cross-referencing diaries was costing them hard revenue and wasting hours of valuable time.

    The Solution: We deployed our "All Hours Lead Qualifier," an invisible, n8n-powered system that intercepts every inbound enquiry at the source. If a lead rings, an AI voice agent immediately calls back to qualify them. Crucially, the system knows when to back off: any call received after 8:30 pm automatically triggers a text message instead, capturing the lead without an intrusive late-night phone call. For WhatsApp and email, the system handles the conversation, accesses the live diary, and books the appointment—intelligently factoring in buffer time between meetings. Everything is logged seamlessly into a central Google Sheet. We handled the tech completely, meaning the client never has to touch the process.
